 A well known F&B company is seeking an experienced and results driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Central Kitchen, specializing in Arabic Cuisine. 

 ???????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen

• Manage and mentor kitchen and support staff, ensuring strong teamwork and productivity

• Maintain consistent food quality while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards

• Monitor operational costs, financial performance, and inventory control

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence

• Minimum 10 years of experience in F&B or central kitchen operations

• Proven experience in Arabic Cuisine is mandatory

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Bilingual candidates only
