About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in trading, preferably in the office furniture sector within Qatar and the GCC.

Requirements

Male or Female, any nationality

Minimum 3 years solid experience at a trading company, preferably in office furniture sector

Solid knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and PO/contracts

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

Can join immediately

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end procurement (sourcing to delivery)

Negotiate prices/terms and manage vendor relations

Prepare/review POs, quotations, and contracts

Ensure on-time supply of materials/services

Coordinate with internal teams for requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems

Excellent vendor negotiation and cost analysis skills

Familiarity with import/export documentation and local market regulations is a plus
