Receptionist Required – K Dragonmart Co WLL (Doha)

K Dragonmart Co WLL is a well-established company in Qatar, offering a professional and supportive work environment to deliver top-quality services to its clients and partners. The company is currently seeking a Receptionist to join its team in Doha.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet tenants/customers/visitors and provide assistance as needed.

• Serve refreshments when required.

• Answer phone calls and forward them as necessary.

• Handle general email inquiries and pass them to relevant departments.

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

• Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.

• Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, filing, and related tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field.

• Consistent professional appearance and manner.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong time management skills.

• Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures.

• Ability to contribute positively as part of a team and assist with various tasks.

• Valid QID and transferrable visa (mandatory).

• Local hiring only.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time.

• Salary: From QAR 1,500 per month.
