Recruitment _Senior Architect (Design)

UPDA Grade A to lead and manage design projects from concept to completion. The role involves design development, client coordination, project deliverables, and ensuring technical excellence in line with local codes and standards.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Architecture / Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of experience

• UPDA Grade A 

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other design software

• Strong design, drafting, and project management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design process from concept to completion

• Review and approve architectural plans and documents

• Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, and project teams

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, ADA, and company standards

• Prepare tender documents, specifications, and progress reports

• Support QHSE, quality, and environmental compliance initiatives
