 SALES CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (URGENT REQUIREMENT)


 


 


·         Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotations


·         Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits


·         Follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.


·         Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services


·         Obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications


 


Experience: Minimum 2 years in the same role


Driving Lic: Preferable


Excellent language skill: English


Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)


Transferable visa / NOC
