SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Construction Field)
Job Description
· Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given sales target by the sales manager and management.
[Short term sales plan shall consist of Online Job application
weekly/monthly/quarterly
and long-term sales plan shall consist of
Annual sales plan
]
· Thoroughly understand the company’s product selling prices and product range.
· Plan and organize
daily/weekly
customers visit to schedule customer visits/ appointments and
prepare the reports
to sales manager to review.
· Understand about companies monthly
Break-Even Point [BEP]
sales values and quantities.
· Monitor daily Sales schedule and follow up with Finance department and dispatcher until delivery occurred.
· Plan and organize to
acquire new customers
to achieve sales targets.
· Plan and monitor to maintain existing customers to optimize companies’ objectives.
· Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio based on interactions with and feedback from customers.
· Arrange regular
meetings with existing customers
, visit customers along with sales manager if required in order to management customer relationship.
· Visiting several consulting firms with our company profile to add our company in their vendors list.
· Prepare customer evaluation form in terms of credit worthiness and support Credit controller to evaluate customers.
· Liaise with customers to obtain legal documents as per management request.
· Coordinate with sales manager to prepare sales quotations and in case revise quotation keep sales manager updated.
· Always provide priority to big quantity customers while respecting small customers in diplomatic way to save more cost and operation effectiveness.
· Thoroughly understand companies standard operating procedures written and oral.
