 Technical Cost Controller

Details
Support data preparation and analysis. Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports. Assist with the preparation of construction duration forecasts. Support the responsible construction/project management in preparing and analysing the project results report. Support operational units in the preparation and continuation of the work calculation. Play an active part in change processes. Support in the preparation of target/actual comparisons of costs and performance in your own area of responsibility. Support in the preparation of project reports and follow-up processing. Engage in entrepreneurial thinking and acting within your sphere of influence.

Requirements

Proven experience in cost control or project financial management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prepare accurate reports and forecasts. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with project teams. Proactive and self-motivated with entrepreneurial thinking.
