years' experience in planning and managing construction in Building/Towers projects
or having been employed in a similar position and level of seniority in a comparable
organization for at least the last five (5) years.

which the last Five (5) years shall have been at Managerial level.

Position Nos Job Requirment
Project Construction Director 1
A minimum of Twenty (20) years’ overall construction experience with a minimum Ten (10) years’
experience in planning and managing construction of major international/regional Roads, Infrastructure
and Drainage projects at a senior level. Appointed as a Director within the Contractor’s organization
for at least the last Five (5) years; or having been employed in a similar position and level of seniority in a
comparable organization for at least the last five (5) years.
Project Construction Manager 2
A minimum of Fifteen (15) years’ overall construction experience with a minimum Eight (8) years’
experience in planning and managing construction of major international/regional Roads, Infrastructure
and Drainage projects of which the last Five (5) years shall have been at Project Manager level.
Roads Construction Manager 2 A minimum of Twelve (12) years’ overall experience in construction with a minimum Five (5) years’
experience of major international/regional Roads, Infrastructure and Drainage projects.
Drainage Construction Manager 2 A minimum of Twelve (12) years’ overall experience in construction with a minimum Five (5) years’
experience of major international/regional Roads, Infrastructure and Drainage.
Lean Implementation
Construction Lead(s) 2
A minimum of Ten (10) years’ overall experience in construction, with a minimum seven (7) years’ relevant
experience. With recognized Lean Construction Certification, and/or an MBA together with a track record
of successful projects that can be clearly demonstrated.
Micro Tunnelling Engineer 5 A minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience in Road construction projects, of which Five (5) years’ experience
similar positions Roads, Infrastructure and Drainage projects.
Project Engineer 5 A minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience in Road construction projects, of which Five (5) years’ experience
