Now Hiring in Sultanate of Oman: Customer Support & Hub Operations Associate 

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, quotes, and complaints
• Support account creation and process onboarding activities
• Manage basic and escalated complaint handling and issue resolution
• Provide timely service recovery and claims support
• Assist with case management and ensure follow-up on service issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support
• Identify anomalies and use judgment based on procedures to resolve them
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed
• Contribute to proactive issue prevention and service improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic PC operations
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and adherence to internal/external standards
• Open only to Omani Nationals
• Grade Level: 4
