Urgent Hiring – HR Officer (Kuwait Only)




Visa: Article 18 (Transferable)




Nationality: Asian




Availability: Ready to Join Immediately




Salary: KWD 500








Position: HR Officer




Experience: Minimum 3+ years HR experience in Kuwait required








Key Responsibilities:




• Lead recruitment and selection – advertise jobs, screen CVs, and schedule interviews




• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs




• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and databases




• Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll support




• Assist in performance appraisals and employee evaluations




• Provide HR guidance and respond to employee queries






• Manage visa, residency, and contract renewals efficiently




• Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait labor laws




• Prepare HR reports and summaries for management




• Collaborate with all departments for smooth HR operations




• Excellent communication and organizational skills
