We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Female Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! This role requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of both hard and soft services in the housekeeping domain.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations

• Ensure cleaning standards are met in accordance with BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) guidelines

• Oversee both soft services (cleaning, laundry, waste management) and hard services (maintenance-related housekeeping)

• Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance

• Conduct regular inspections and audits

• Manage inventory and supplies efficiently

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

✅ Requirements:

• Female candidate only

• Any nationality

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping (hard and soft services)

• Transferrable Iqama

• Strong knowledge of BICS standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
