Position Title: Business Unit Manager

Business Area: Electrophysiology & Cardiac Rhythm Management

Location: Al Dokki, Giza

Department: Sales & Marketing


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Unit Manager to lead our Electrophysiology and Cardiac Rhythm Management division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, leading sales and clinical teams, and driving growth across the territory.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and clinical specialists.

• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and stakeholders.

• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking of the business unit.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EP & CRM domain.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and regulatory teams.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in the medical Field industry, preferably in Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, or related cardiology segments.

• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and business operations.

• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
