We are Hiring Assistant Pastry/Bakery and Baker For restaurant and bakery


Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Pastry & Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and bakery items, including Shami pastries, French pastries, Italian pastries, pizzas, and assorted baked goods.


Responsibilities:


• Assist the head baker in daily preparation and baking operations.


• Prepare doughs, fillings, and toppings for pastries, pizzas, and baked products.


• Maintain cleanliness andorganization of the bakery area.

• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards accurately.


• Ensure proper storage and freshness of ingredients.


• Support in decorating, glazing, and final presentation of pastries.


• Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to achieve consistent quality.


Requirements:


• Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred.


• Knowledge of Shami, French, and Italian pastry styles.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.


• Team player with attention to detail and cleanliness.


• Passion for baking and creativity in presentation.
