A big company for cosmetics in Borg AL Arab – Alexandria seeking the following positions:
1- Production Manager
2- IPC QA- QC
This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.
The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. They will lead and motivate a team of production staff while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Oversee all daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Manage and motivate a team of production personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit regular production reports to senior management.
- Manage and control production budgets.
* IPC QA – QC Will Develop, implement, and maintain IPC procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Identify and investigate quality deviations, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Collect and analyse data to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of IPC activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance records.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and systems.
*Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or a related field.
- Proven experience at least 5 years in a production management role & 2 years’ experience in QA - QC preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good knowledge of production planning and control principles.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards.
