We are hiring a female telemarketer to work from home in Kuwait for a new free interactive home-services directory app that connects technicians directly with homeowners looking for repairs and maintenance services (plumbing, electrical, AC, carpentry, and more). The role begins with a focused first week dedicated entirely to collecting technicians’ phone numbers from various sources—personal contacts, referrals, and platforms like q84sale.com—to build a strong lead list. After this data-gathering phase, the job follows a structured telemarketing plan with clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals: daily targets for calls and interested leads, weekly follow-ups, and monthly threshold and stretch targets for completed registrations. Since the role is commission-based, the more technicians you make register, the more you earn. Hindi fluency is required (Arabic is a plus).
