We are hiring for the following positions Locally from Kuwait and from India.




1. Cost Controller cum Inventory specialist from India




Job Description:




• Costing tenders menu’s, costing banquets functions, recipes; estimate the cost per unit and proposing sales price with cost percentages to management.


• Carrier out daily random samples of receiving reports, market list and invoices to check the quantity and price are as per agreed purchase order with suppliers.




• Investigate the quantity ,quality and price difference and reports unresolved discrepancies to the


Management.


• Preparing monthly Cost of sales report.


• Provides timely month –end accounting information with pertinent observation to enable completion of month-end financial reports.


• Verify the month end inventories and posting by receiving clerk and storekeeper.
