We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant 




We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and creative in managing both administrative and presentation tasks.




Key Responsibilities:




- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to directors/management.


- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.


- Draft, edit, and design reports, presentations, and internal communications.


- Handle confidential information with discretion.


- Support in organizing company events, projects, and initiatives.




Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.


2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.


Excellent organizational and communication skills.


Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Strong Canva skills for preparing professional presentations, designs, and communication materials.


Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
