Healthcare Administrator – UAE

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to manage daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and support the smooth running of medical facilities. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a thorough understanding of healthcare administration practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centers

• Manage scheduling, staffing, and coordination between medical and non-medical teams

• Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, policies, and accreditation standards

• Maintain patient records, billing systems, and insurance documentation accurately

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost-control measures

• Develop and implement healthcare policies and procedures for efficient workflow

• Handle patient inquiries and resolve administrative concerns

• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to improve service quality

• Prepare reports and present updates to senior management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• Previous experience in healthcare management or administrative role

• Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and insurance processes

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems
