Travel / Ticketing Agent – Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent / Ticketing Agent to join our company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in travel and tourism services, with strong knowledge in visa file preparation and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process visa files for Europe, Canada, USA, and other destinations.

• Handle hotel bookings, ticketing, transport arrangements, and group tourism packages.

• Manage visa processing, documentation, and file preparation for clients.

• Utilize IATA knowledge/certification for ticketing and travel services.

• Engage with clients directly, explain services, and ensure excellent customer support.

• Assist with social media marketing and promote company services through online platforms.

• Work in client-facing roles – must be confident, outgoing, and not introverted.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in travel, tourism, or ticketing (in Bahrain preferred).

• Experience in visa file preparation and travel documentation.

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Knowledge of social media marketing and ability to appear in promotional ads.

• Must be customer-oriented, proactive, and confident.
