We’re Hiring – Procurement & Vendor Coordinator

  Valid UAE Driving License required

About Us:

 We are a packaging solutions company looking for a proactive Procurement & Vendor Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing daily orders, liaising with suppliers, recommending suitable options for customers, negotiating the best prices, and ensuring on-time deliveries — all while keeping accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Review daily inquiries to understand customer requirements.

2-Recommend suitable product or material options based on needs.

3-Contact suppliers to request quotations and confirm timelines.

4-Negotiate competitive prices without compromising quality.

5-Coordinate orders from request to delivery.

6-Visit suppliers to collect samples or follow up on orders.

7-Maintain accurate records of quotations, contacts, and order updates.

Provide regular status reports to management.

Requirements:

-Valid UAE driving license.

-1–2 years of experience in procurement, vendor coordination, or sales support in the UAE.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

-Good command of English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus).

-Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

-Willingness to learn product details and market pricing in the packaging industry.
