 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FM sector.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Develop and present compelling proposals to decision-makers.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.

• Achieve and exceed multi-million-dollar sales targets.

 Required Expertise:

• Experience: 5–8 years in Facility Management or B2B service sales.

• Sales Skills: Proven record of closing high-value deals and exceeding KPIs.

• Negotiation: Strong ability to secure profitable contracts.

• Client Management: Expertise in building and sustaining relationships with corporate clients.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of FM services and market trends.

• Financial Acumen: Capable of preparing budgets, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts.

• Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools for pipeline and sales tracking.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
