Responsibilities:




Greet patients & manage appointments


Handle calls, billing & insurance coordination


Maintain an organized, client-friendly front desk




Requirements:




 Bachelor’s degree


 Fluent in English; Tagalog & Arabic speakers preferred


 2+ years’ front desk/customer service experience


 Hospital background & UAE insurance knowledge a plus
