We're searching for an experienced and charismatic Captain Waiter to oversee our dining area and service flow.




The Role:


• Manage and supervise a section of the dining room and junior waiting staff.


• Handle guest reservations, seating, and special requests.


• Ensure superior service standards and address any guest issues promptly.




You Must Have:


• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory F&B role (e.g., Captain or Senior Waiter).


• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.


• Deep knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
