Required: a Research Technical Specialist for Dasman Diabetes Institute


Responsibilities:

• Conduct experiments and assays related to assigned projects within the department as well as in collaboration with other departments and groups.

• Presentations of experimental results at lab meetings or other forums

• Present and discuss progress reports on a regular basis

• Maintenance of detailed experimental records, lab notes and logbooks

• Troubleshoots and optimizes assays and maintains careful records

• Participates in general housekeeping tasks in the laboratory

• Assists with the maintenance of inventory of reagents and chemicals
