Responsibilities for Recruiter
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Perform reference checks as need
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
We are looking to hire an experienced credit controller. As a credit controller, you will be responsible for collecting debts from our company debtors, evaluating new credit requests, ensuring timely payments of company debts, processing invoices, and providing administrative support, you should have a good eye for detail and the ability to reconcile complex company accounts.
Responsibilities
• Preparing and deliver the invoices to all company's client (email, hard copy, portals).
(Require driving licenses and a car)
• Reviewing contracts and checking the BoQ and payment terms
• Ensure that all invoices meet the agreed payment terms.
• Managing the collection of all payments and debts.
• Meeting target set by line manger
• Coordination with PMs to deliver invoices that meet customer requirements
• Responding to client inquiries.
• Preparing statements and reports for the company accountant.
• Preparing statement of account to clients
• Liaising with customers and the sales team.
• Posting payment on SAP
Credit Controller Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or mathematics.
• Previous work experience as a credit controller.
• A good understanding of government invoices requirement.
• Proficient in Accounting and Office software.
• Ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts.
• Strong Communication and Relationship Skills
• Ability to deal with problematic clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills (English & Arabic
