Operations Manager (Retail/ Hypermarkets)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager To plan and drive the retail operations so as to ensure maximum sales, maximum profitability, increase in customer satisfaction and continued business growth. To maintain the desired visual merchandising, retail operations, customer service, replenishment,


Key responsibilities

Strong leadership and managerial skills.

Commitment in achieving the sales targets.

At least 5 years experience in an Operations Manager position.

At least 5 years experience in Food Retail/ Supermarkets/ Hypermarkets or in high volume retail companies.

Understand Territory dynamics (demographics, consumer behavior, market understanding etc.)

Motivating and driving the Sales Team to achieve set targets.

Maintaining product range availability.

Problem solver especially in crisis situations.

Knowledge of computer and internet technology.

Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company.

Good communication skills in English, Arabic and Indian languages.

Must be ready to join immediately.
