          Define and agree Communication Plan, Meeting Schedule and Reporting requirements -    

.Ensure that the project is appropriately resourced with the right levels of experience and  expertise

            Management of Consultants, Contractors and Subcontractors engaged on the project -
              Target setting and performance management -          Leadership, motivation and performance evaluation of project team members
-             Expertise to monitor & analyze the WCDMA/HSPA Radio Network KPI Statistics. -          Expertise to perform WCDMA/LTE Radio Network Optimization features, parameter     strategic trials & tuning to improve  network KPI Statistic (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity)
-             Coverage assessment, pilot pollution reduction, and neighbour optimization
-             Capacity dimensioning, optimization and congestion handling
