1) Responsible for overall vehicle inventory movement & distribution Kingdom-wide.
2) Responsible for making appropriate allocations/transfers depending on demand from regions.
3) Responsible for Stock Ageing Monitor, Reporting & Follow-up with all concerned departments.
4) Responsible to highlight and alert operations department for non-slow moving stocks.
5) Responsible to evaluate & advise on the liquidation for ageing stocks.
6) Responsible to re-distribute with sub-inventory transfers to appropriate region/location.
7) Responsible to various inventory and distribution report & communication with concerned departments accordingly.
8) Responsible to guide stock yard with “Vehicle Damage Policy”.
9) Responsible to fix in Oracle the GM-Source vehicles which comes with (scratches & re-paint).
10) Responsible to block or release damaged vehicles from Sales in Oracle to avoid customer complaints.
11) Responsible for all transportation issues and in-transit damage/loss.
12) Responsible to train people wherever required (PDI & Service) on using Oracle when vehicles received with damage or loss (Loss of items, scratches & damaged).

13) Responsible for the training & development plans of all logistics/stockyard personnel in Company.
14) Responsible for claim processing, coordination & follow-up with Insurance providers for all inventory damage or loss claims related to Inventory.
15) Responsible for inventory status presentations required by Operations in the Sales meeting.
16) Responsible for modernizing & developing the stocks yards through automation, systems & processes.
17) Responsible for visiting the regional stock-yards to overcome their existing issues.
