Role: Business Development Division “OPENING SUPPORT MANAGER” 

Successfully executed the inaugural launch plan for the initial 9 Chuck E. Cheese's F.E.C. in Saudi Arabia. The sole accredited Manager by CEC Corporate in Canada with an outstanding A+ grade in Operational and New unit Openings.

Key Responsibilities:

§  Collaborated seamlessly with the USA international operation team throughout the opening and training phases, ensuring streamlined processes and meticulous preparation for a successful launch

§  Executed detailed analysis of various project components such as equipment, stainless steel, décor, and furnishings, resulting in substantial cost reduction for each new unit.

§  Exemplified meticulous oversight during equipment testing and commissioning, guaranteeing a seamless transition to unit management and optimum functionality.

§  Played a pivotal role in the new unit selection, evaluating critical factors including visibility, spatial layout, target demographic, area development, competitors, and traffic generators.

§  Insured seamless cross-functional coordination with departments including Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Development, HR, Government Relations, and suppliers. This contributed to the smooth opening of new units by promptly addressing any pending issues.

§  Review, and enhancement of the new unit opening package, encompassing equipment, small wares, furniture, and décor. Conducted rigorous layout assessments to optimize operational efficiency.

§  Conducted comprehensive interviews to identify and recruit highly qualified personnel, fostering a dedicated and skilled team.

§  Undertook international travel to conduct interviews and recruit exceptional talents, ensuring a high-caliber team for the new establishments

§  Provided unwavering support to the new unit's team, offering guidance during the pre-opening, training, launch, and post-opening phases.

§  Organized pre-training for all new Managers and Assistant Managers ahead of the USA trainer’s arrival, effectively preparing them for a seamless training experience.

§  Developed strategic plans and assigned responsibilities for staff development, facilitating progression to the next promotional level.

§  Collaborated with marketing agencies to evaluate and fine-tune marketing materials and promotions, ensuring optimal resonance with the target audience.
