I started as trainee for 2 months then I signed a contract to become IT Administrator of the information technology department.

·        Configured hardware, devices, and software to set up work stations for employees.

·        Installed, modified, and repaired software and hardware to resolve technical issues.

·        Documented support interactions for future reference.

·        Explained technical information in clear terms to non-technical individuals to promote better understanding.

·        Backup and restore the user’s data and protected it.

·        Operating systems install and configure.

·        Provides assistance to all computer users for all types of program, to enable them to perform their duties smoothly.

Shortly after I joined the company our IT manager resigned in that so I started a new chapter as acting manager and System Admin of the department.
