Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• 7-8 years of practical experience in construction site, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector (KOC/KNPC experience preferred)

• Proven ability to manage teams of 50-60 employees

• Experience in formwork, concrete pouring, cutting, bending and erecting iron

• Proficiency in reading drawings and technical documents

• Excellent communication skills in English, fluency in Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage

• Ready to join immediately

• Obtaining a legal permit to work in Kuwait

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction activities on site and ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.

• Conduct regular inspections and resolve problems quickly.

• Providing a safe and productive work environment

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
