Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Driller to join our operations team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

-Operate drilling rigs and related equipment in accordance with safety and operational procedures.

-Supervise and coordinate drilling crew activities to ensure efficient drilling performance.

-Monitor well conditions and drilling parameters, and make necessary adjustments.

-Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of drilling equipment.

-Ensure compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

-Prepare and maintain accurate daily drilling reports and logs.

-Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other departments to achieve drilling objectives.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of experience as a Driller in the oil & gas industry.

-Strong understanding of drilling operations, rig equipment, and safety protocols.

-Must hold a transferable Article 18 visa.

Immediate joiner is highly preferred.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

-Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
