 High-End Dental Clinic (Hamra Tower)

a reputable and high-quality dental clinic located in Hamra Tower, Kuwait City, is looking for 

1- Senior Receptionist

2- receptionist (#3)

3- call center agent (#3)

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.

* Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and confirmations.

* Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

* Maintain patient records and confidentiality.

* Manage billing, payments, and insurance paperwork as required.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of previous experience as a receptionist in a medical or dental clinic is highly preferred.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.

* Fluent in English and Arabic.

* Professional appearance and excellent organizational skills.
