Retail Technical Sales Consultant Required – Geberit (Doha, Qatar)

Purpose of the Position:

To ensure sales objectives are achieved and strategy implemented for the country. Develop sales through the retail network, identify business opportunities in the area of responsibility, and ensure long-term maximization of Geberit’s market position. The Retail Consultant implements the agreed retail strategy across the region, based in Doha and supporting Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman retail business when needed, in cooperation with Product Management and Marketing.

Main Tasks:

• Develop the retail channel to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partners.

• Ensure full market coverage with Geberit systems displays in compliance with corporate guidelines.

• Monitor debtors, determine credit limits, and evaluate risks.

• Assess market potential and monitor competition regarding products, activities, and pricing.

• Align with PM and Marketing to develop and execute a business plan covering product strategy, distribution, pricing, communication, and promotions.

• Deliver product trainings and company presentations to selected partners, clearly and convincingly conveying Geberit’s USP.

Education and Qualifications:

• Degree in economics or sanitary technical education, with additional education in sales or economics.

• Additional education in marketing or experience in the sanitary retail market is an advantage.

• Strong experience in distribution and retail sales.
