Ø  Recording daily transactions in the ledger accounts & preparing monthly financial reports and monthly closing, implementing internal controls ensured & compliance with accounting deadlines.

Ø  Prepare journal entries for accruals, intercompany activity and other activities as required during the month.

Ø  Prepare account reconciliations for various general ledger accounts. Assist in the monthly financial reporting and planning process

Ø  Manage bank account; open, close, bank facilities and oversees transactions & prepare bank reconciliation.

Ø  Accounts Payable: Maintains detailed tracking of supplier’s payments and ensure accuracy of AP sub-ledgers

Ø  Monthly & Yearly budget preparing & reviewing

Ø  Prepare the monthly inventory reconciliation of the general ledger and the materials reports.

Ø  Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other financial statements.

Ø  Ensuring the match of purchase and sales with the Stock Statement of the Store Keeper.

Ø   Assist with tax audits and tax return.
