Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee
the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch of goods including
picking, packing and distribution activity.

interactions, and internal communications with peers, staff, and internal business
unit departments. Effectively communicate work task Standard Operating
Procedures, convey key information during pre-shift meetings.
* Manage
costs to budgeted levels. Utilize benchmarking and best-practices to drive
significant cost reductions in operating expenses.
* Assisting
inventory control associate in completing weekly physical inventories and reconciling
warehouse. Oversee all loss prevention efforts in the warehouse and handling
inventory errors and damages.
* Develop
and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every position within the
department.

Orientation and training of all warehouse associates in accordance with company
policies and procedures. This includes interviewing, hiring, planning, and
assigning daily tasks, addressing complaints and problem resolution.
