Knowledge of Testing and commissioning of electricity, trouble shooting, maintaining
panel healthy.
➢ Knowledge of measuring, Continuity test, earth test, Leakage test and delta sat
connection.
➢ Knowledge of installing GI trunking, Conduits and Cable pulling, Cable glanding,
electrical wiring, panel wiring, routing cables as per shop drawing and wiring
schematics.
➢ Knowledge of Electrical equipment Like Line switch, Bulb, Panels Board, Switch board,
Transformer, rewinding motors etc.
➢ Knowledge of Connecting wires to transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical
components.
➢ Knowledge of Checking & testing circuit breakers and replacing them where necessary.
➢ Knowledge of house wiring, motor winding, Lighting controls and BMS.
➢ Knowledge of Remove uninspected wires that were erroneously included in the
installation of switches.
➢ Knowledge of Preparing red line / As-built drawings as per appropriate device location.
➢ Estimation of required manpower and materials for specific task, assist to supervisor /
engineer for all other activities.
RESPONSIBILITY
❖ Daily communications with service supervisor and/or Schedule Coordinator regarding
daily work allocation, inspection, progress, etc.
❖ Safe use and operation of scaffolding, hand tools and powered hand tools.
❖ Willing to be on-call after hours for emergency service requests.
❖ Willingness to acquire added responsibilities for servicing and maintaining Electrical
systems.
❖ Ensures that all work done is in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
❖ Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner.
❖ Ability to perform routine maintenance on electrical equipment and determine when
and what kind of maintenance is needed.
❖ Examine systems to locate problems such as loose connections, short circuits or broken ones
insulation.
❖ Ensuring the proper replacement of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components
of electrical equipment and machines that have been diagnosed as faulty.
❖ Organizing and ensuring the use of safety maintenance principles and related guidelines
to scheduling and regulating breakdowns.
