Bar B Que Cook Job In Saudi Arabia


Description

• Prepare and cook various meats (beef, mutton, chicken, etc.) using barbecue methods such as smoking, grilling, and roasting.

• Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure food safety and quality

• Season and marinate meats according to recipes or customer preferences

• Operate and maintain barbecue pits, smokers, grills, and other cooking equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cooking area

• Manage inventory of meats, sauces, and supplies; place orders as needed

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new barbecue recipes and menu items

• Interact with customers when needed to take orders or answer questions.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in grilling, smoking, or barbecue cooking

• Knowledge of meat cuts, seasoning techniques, and food safety standards

• Ability to work in high-temperature environments and fast-paced settings

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Food handler certification (preferred)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Outdoor or indoor barbecue kitchen settings

• Exposure to smoke, heat, and open flames.

• May require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
