 Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope to achieve the quality of
construction required in the drawings and specifications.
 Handling the Quality Documents including: The Work inspection requests (WIRs), Test
Results Submittal (TRS), Material inspection Request (MIR), and all the supporting
Documents for the invoices.
 Supervision on Installation of the New Track including: the pre-ballasting, skeleton,
Guard Rails, 2nd ballasting, Regulating, 1st and 2nd Tamping, Thermite welding.
 Fabrication of the Turnouts according to the Design and shop drawing.
 Supervision on the of Flash-butt welding of the main line, Thermite welding in the
Turnouts.
 Execution of De-stressing operation and calculation.
 Handing over all the activities to the Consultant, The operator, and the Client.

 Review civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to verify compliance with
standards and requirements.
 Conduct regular on-site inspections of construction activities to observe and document
workmanship and materials.
 Coordinate with testing laboratories to oversee quality control testing of soil, concrete,
asphalt, and other construction materials.
 Identify quality control issues and work with the project team to develop and implement
corrective actions.
 Provide technical guidance and training to field crews on quality control best practices.
 Collaborate with project managers to ensure quality objectives are met within schedule
and budget constraints.
 Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities and findings.
 Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope to achieve the quality of
construction required in the drawings and specifications.
 Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site.
 Follow up of concrete pouring operation And Execute Post-pouring inspections
(formwork removal, curing, and repair)
 Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
 Witness third party inspections with client.
 Carry out internal audit at the site as scheduled in project quality plan PQP.
 Issue Non-Conformance Report (N.C.R) and follow up of corrections and
corrective action.
 Participate in assuring that all External / Internal NCR.s are Closed.
 Participate in preparation of Quality Document (PQP, ITP & QMR)
