Manager - USAID training project –RAMP- (Aug 2016
–Sep 2022).
I oversaw
and managed the USAID training project (Reading and mathematics early grad
program)) implementation with MOE and RAMP partners/subs at the regional level.
The Senior Training Regional Manager acted as the liaison between the RAMP main
office and the regional office. he oversees the day-to-day activities of the
technical, administrative, and logistics implementation of RAMP project in the
regions through working with the RAMP component leaders
and MOE staff at the Regional level with the aim of
long–term RAMP sustainability, the Senior Regional Managers also handled
a range of communications and Financial duties.
Major Responsibilities:
Manages relationships with key stakeholders and partners such as the Ministry of Education /NGOs /
governors/directorate in the Region.
Responsible for the overall management and delivery of the project activities in the Region
The Senior training Regional Managers
supervised the project team in
the Region each managing 5 - 8 staff members
Oversee the office logistics and operations
Conduct school
/field visits in the region to ensure the training material's usage and
implementation's fidelity.
Responsible for the
operational planning of activities for the overall implementation of project
activities in the region in
coordination with the RAMP technical teams
Prepare and oversee
programmer operations, and work closely with the field Directorate to ensure
the timely delivery of the quantity and quality of materials needed to improve
RAMP objectives within their Region
Manage all the training logistics processes in
the Region regarding the training courses, arranging for meetings, and
distributing RAMP material resources
among the field directorate and at the school level.
