• Senior training Program Coordinator / Regional training Manager - USAID training project –RAMP- (Aug 2016 –Sep 2022).

I oversaw and managed the USAID training project (Reading and mathematics early grad program)) implementation with MOE and RAMP partners/subs at the regional level. The Senior Training Regional Manager acted as the liaison between the RAMP main office and the regional office. he oversees the day-to-day activities of the technical, administrative, and logistics implementation of RAMP project in the regions through working with the RAMP component leaders and MOE staff at the Regional level with the aim of long–term RAMP sustainability, the Senior Regional Managers also handled a range of communications and Financial duties.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 

•    Manages relationships with key stakeholders and partners such as the Ministry of Education /NGOs / governors/directorate in the Region.

•    Responsible for the overall management and delivery of the project activities in the Region

•    The Senior training Regional Managers supervised the project team in the Region each managing 5 - 8 staff members

•    Oversee the office logistics and operations

• Conduct school /field visits in the region to ensure the training material's usage and implementation's fidelity.

• Responsible for the operational planning of activities for the overall implementation of project activities in the region in coordination with the RAMP technical teams

• Prepare and oversee programmer operations, and work closely with the field Directorate to ensure the timely delivery of the quantity and quality of materials needed to improve RAMP objectives within their Region

• Manage all the training logistics processes in the Region regarding the training courses, arranging for meetings, and distributing RAMP material resources among the field directorate and at the school level.

 

        Regional training Manager –US Peace Corps, Jordan (Irbid- Balqa

- Jordan valley) (May 2014 - 2016) Major Responsibilities:

        Developing the youth counterpart training guidance and conducting youth training in the host community.

        Support of Peace Corps Volunteers living and working within Irbid- Balqa -Jordan Valley Area

        Ensure that the communities where Volunteers live and work are appropriately Prepared to receive a Volunteer

        Monitor Volunteer performance in regard to their work, cultural adaptation, And language acquisition

        Develop and conduct regional training based on the needs of Peace Corps Volunteers and local youth counterparts

        Work closely with other members of the Peace Corps staff to address Volunteer, program, and training priorities, including planning, evaluation, and reporting.

 

• International Youth Foundation, Jordan (2013 - 214)

Senior Trainer / Consultant of IYF Service-Learning Program "I: SERVE"

Major Responsibilities:

        Design action plans for the I: SERVE program, and put criteria for selecting the proposed community projects

        Lead the mobilization plan for the youth community projects

        Oversee the selection of winners of the I: SERVE community projects

        Conduct training for the winning youth teams on the I: SERVE program focusing on the following: social entrepreneurship, the experiences of successful

        Community pilot projects, team leadership, project planning, project design, and budgeting

        Supervise the monitoring and evaluation process during all the phases of the community projects

        Direct the conclusion of community project grants after completion and envisioned sustainability plans for the project activities.

• Care International, Jordan (2013):

·       Case manager officer at the Syrian Refugees Program

        Coordination role for psychological-social activities for the Syrian refugees in Irbid

   Trainer of the volunteer team /refugees in psychosocial activities.
