Position:     Area Sales Manager

   Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Sales Manager and providing regular updates on sales progress, deal closures, and dealers engagement.
  • Leading a team of 5 sales officers, motivating them to generate leads, setting ambitious sales goals, and developing data-driven sales strategies to exceed revenue forecasts.
  • Preparing quotations, work orders, and job orders, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

  • Successfully Managed a portfolio of more than 100 wooden flooring & cladding dealerships, I consistently exceeded monthly sales targets and increased overall sales by 5% to Rs 12 million in my first year.
  • Performing market research and analysis to identify potential leads and business opportunities, including analyzing competitor strategies and formulating strategic plans for growth.
  • Developed and implemented targeted sales campaigns that resulted in a 15% increase in lead generation, resulting in new leads, and an increase in employee productivity.
  • Engage in effective negotiation with dealers to secure favorable prices & agreements terms.
  • Successfully negotiated and closed several new major deals, generating significant revenue.
