Job Description

Your role will focus on managing partner relationships to drive measurable results in revenue growth, market share, and partner engagement. You will design and execute tailored business plans with strategic partners, lead joint opportunities, and ensure precise account planning and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans with Account Directors to strengthen partner relations and maximize growth.

• Ensure partner and customer satisfaction through effective teamwork.

• Create a compelling value proposition to inspire partners to promote solutions.

• Collaborate with product teams to develop innovative GTM strategies and grow market share.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication across regions with partners.

• Lead business performance reviews with senior management.

• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Channel Management or Business Development within the enterprise software or network security industry.
