 Now Hiring: Business Development Manager & Executive – Freight Forwarding | UAE


Next Hire Management Consultancies is seeking experienced Business Development professionals for an international client in the Freight Forwarding industry.


 Location: Dubai, UAE

  Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory

  Candidates must already be in Dubai & willing to relocate immediately


Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business across Sea, Air & Land Freight

Exceed sales & revenue targets

Maintain CRM pipeline & ensure data accuracy

Provide continuous feedback on rates & market conditions

Deliver GP of 3–4x your target salary


Requirements:

2–4 years of freight forwarding sales experience (Air & Sea)

Strong existing UAE customer base

Solid understanding of logistics operations & services

Valid UAE Driving License
