 Urgent Hiring – Call Centre Associate in Sharjah



 Job Responsibilities:


- Answer inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.


- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide product information.


- Resolve customer complaints via live chat, emails, and calls.


- Assist in resolving issues, escalating complex problems when needed.



 Product Knowledge:


- Develop a deep understanding of company products, services, and promotions.


- Stay updated on industry trends to better assist customers.



 Communication Skills:


- Exhibit excellent communication skills, including active listening and empathy.


- Clearly articulate information in a concise manner.



 Problem Resolution:


- Swiftly identify and resolve customer issues, exceeding expectations.


- Collaborate with other departments to tackle complex problems.



 Experience:


- 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience is advantageous.




 Fluent in Arabic and English preferred.
