Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical positions across various departments.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct technical screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and experience.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Assist with other HR functions, such as performance management, training and development, and employee relations, as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a technology company or a fast-growing tech startup environment is a must.
  • Familiarity with various technical stacks and technologies is highly desirable.
  • Passion for creating a positive and engaging employee experience.

Experience

  • 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or a similar role, with a strong focus on technical recruitment.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of HRM principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment and a strong understanding of technical roles and skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR Management Systems (HRMS), and other HR technology tools.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.
  • Expertise in conducting technical evaluations, including technical screening and assessment methods.
  • Strong skills in talent sourcing, including Boolean search and headhunting techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
