Job Description

We are looking for a Lebanese female representative to join our team as a Customer Service & Communications Representative.

You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries in a professional, friendly, and responsive manner. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional client experience and maintaining the premium image of the Invita brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media DMs promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about Invita IV Drips products, services, and partner clinics.
• Assist with client inquiries, appointment guidance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate medical or technical questions to the appropriate team.
• Keep a log of customer interactions and follow-up needs.
• Maintain a courteous and luxury-oriented communication style at all times.
