1. Background

Lodhran Pilot Project (LPP) is undertaking an Android-based data collection exercise in District Rahim Yar Khan, covering all four tehsils. The activity is part of an initiative with the Land and Revenue Department to collect, validate, and update data through their official online application. To ensure accurate and timely data collection, we seek qualified Enumerators for short-term field assignments.

2. Objective of the Assignment

The main objective is to collect high-quality, accurate, and complete data using the Land and Revenue Department’s Android-based application, in accordance with defined protocols and timelines.

3. Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities

The enumerators will be responsible for:

• Attending a training session on the use of the Android-based application, survey methodology, and data quality standards.
• Conducting interviews and filling out online forms through the official application.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of collected data before submission.
• Following assigned daily targets and reporting progress to the Field Supervisor.
• Resolving any data entry or technical issues promptly in coordination with the supervisor.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines during fieldwork.
• Self-traveling to various locations within assigned tehsils to collect data.



4. Deliverables

• Completed and verified online survey forms for all assigned households/units within the stipulated timeline.
• Daily progress reports submitted to the Field Supervisor.
• Submission of final completed dataset before the end of the contract.



5. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum intermediate education (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in conducting surveys, data collection, or similar fieldwork.
• Familiarity with Android-based data collection tools and mobile applications.
• Must have an android cell phone.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in Urdu and/or local languages.
