Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Trainee with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in Human Resources, especially within recruitment operations. As part of our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
  • Assist in creating and publishing job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases)
  • Assist in shortlisting candidates based on qualifications and role fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support in onboarding new hires, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR and recruitment functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is a plus
