Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, experienced Full-Time Hunting Guide / Ranch Hand to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has strong hunting knowledge, and takes pride in maintaining a first-class hunting operation. In-season, you will guide clients in the field and ensure they have a safe and memorable experience. During the off-season, you will assist with property maintenance, field preparation, dog training, and other ranch operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Guide clients on pheasant, quail, turkey, prairie dog, deer, and dove hunts
• Assist with daily lodge and ranch operations year-round
• Maintain and prepare hunting fields, blinds, and equipment
• Help train and care for hunting dogs
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest safety at all times
• Assist with property upkeep, including fence repairs, habitat management, and light construction projects
• Operate ranch equipment, UTVs, and basic tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with seasonal event preparation and hosting

Qualifications

• Previous experience guiding hunts or strong hunting knowledge preferred
• Skilled with shotguns, rifles, and archery equipment safety
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and people skills for interacting with guests
• Willingness to work extended hours during hunting season
• Ability to operate tractors, ATVs, UTVs, and basic farm equipment (preferred)
• Dog handling and training experience is a plus
