What is the job?



Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Marketing, within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group and local hotel policies and procedures, supports the operations of the Marketing Department in order to meet the Hotels sales targets. The role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and wants to pursue a future career in the Marketing field.



Your day to day



•The role consists of two main responsibilities; Supporting the DOSM and the Marketing team with daily tasks within Marketing and Administration



•Makes sure that the department tasks and priorities are supported in a timely manner



•Promotes the InterContinental Hotels Group products and services using creative techniques



•Promotes the Hotel’s (and IHG generally) products and services



•Maintains a high level of product and service knowledge about all IHG Hotels in your region



•Develops and maintains IHG related tasks related in the Marketing department



•Prepares relevant statistics when needed on a monthly or weekly basis



•Develops and maintains knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
